💰 The Invention of the Root

 It is said that the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil.

This is true, but why was it invented?

Before money, people traded with their skills. Farmers had produce or livestock. Fisherman had fish. Hunters had game. Miners had ore. Smiths could fabricate items. Most everyone had something they could do or offer that had value for trade.

Then the lazy came along. They didn't want to work, so they developed no skills, but they still wanted the things that skilled worked produced.

They came up with an idea. Money. Convincing people to accept money instead of trading for goods and services, would allow them to get things they wanted without having any skills other than the art of swindling others.

With money they would not need to do any work, they could pay others to do the work. 

So they were able to enslave the people by replacing the barter system with money.

Now everyone wanted to exchange money for goods and service.

This allowed the lazy corrupt to attain whatever they wanted without any real effort other than figuring out ways to swindle the working class.  But then they found out some didn't want it they just wanted to farm or fish and trade. This was a problem, so the Elite invented government and taxes to prevent those who wanted to live free.

Money truly is a root of all kinds of evil.

Next they needed a way to keep the people enslaved.

They could never allow the people to have enough money or they would turn lazy like the elite.

So they would increase the price of things and raise taxes just enough to keep the masses struggling to make ends meet. There is no other reason for price and tax increases. It is a tool of oppression.
